Small kitchen fire and needed help with cleanup which mainly involved fire extinguisher residue. I called 911 Restoration to investigate and get an estimate on cleanup. The appointment was easy to schedule and they were at my door in less than 24 hours. Terry and Ryan were assigned to investigate and were very kind, professional and helpful. This company is not greedy for your money. Ryan and Terry were honest and told me that it was a project I could handle on my own and provided excellent tips for cleanup. Hopefully, this is my last experience needing this type of service but in the chance that it is not, I will definitely be giving 911 Restoration another call.
